Andrea Iannini

At the age of 17 I attended as trainee the post production of Baaria a movie directed by Giuseppe Tornatore. After I finished the highschool, I attended the CG training center Big.Rock in Veneto (Italy). Then I enrolled into Digital Film Making class at SAE Institute (Milan). I've finished my studies in 2015 and I got my BA (.hons) in Digital Film Making.

 

During this whole arc of time I often realized projects with my friends and external contacts. One project which I'm very proud of had been part of, is the Lucasfilm contest "ForceClash". ForceClash has been a contest in which lightsaber duelist from the Star Wars Universe, faced eachothers untill only one will remain. This contest has been promoted by Lucasfilm l.t.d, Hasbro and ABridge. I've taken care of the editing and vfx of the promotional videos of this event.

 

During my attendance at SAE Institute (Milan) I've realized along with my classmates, several projects, including a documentary, a short film, and a webserie pilot episode.

After the studies, I almost immediately started my career as freelance and I got into the Event Industry where I managed to keep developing an asset of skills in various fields due to the diversified requests of this environment. When it's possible, in my free time I carry on personal projects with friends and co-workers. They can be short films (animated or not), or maybe transforming an old radio into a modern PC.
